1. General Terms

These terms govern all commercial transactions between Marythur Food Exports (CNPJ: 36.367.098/0001-67) and its buyers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Quality

All products are sourced from SIF-approved, GACC-registered, and Halal-certified Brazilian processing facilities. Products meet international food safety standards.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD and subject to market conditions at the time of confirmation.
  • Payment terms are negotiated per contract (typically L/C at sight, T/T, or CAD).
  • Prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation.

4. Incoterms

Shipments are offered under standard Incoterms 2020, typically FOB, CIF, or CFR. The specific Incoterm will be agreed upon in each contract.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped in reefer containers maintaining -18°C or below.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to vessel availability and port conditions.
  • Loading port: Santos or Paranaguá, Brazil (unless otherwise specified).

6. Inspection & Claims

Buyers may arrange pre-shipment inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent bodies at their own cost. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

7. Documentation

Marythur provides all required export documentation including: SIF Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, embargoes, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in São José dos Campos, SP, Brasil.
