MARYTHUR LTD is a UK-registered international food trading company. We supply importers and distributors worldwide with frozen chicken, pork and Halal beef from SIF-registered, GACC-approved Brazilian plants, and fresh Hass avocados from Mexico — by the 40ft reefer container.

Why importers work with MARYTHUR
Reserved export quotas
We hold non-exclusive supply agreements and pay annually to reserve export quotas with Brazilian plants, so programmes ship on schedule.
Approved plants only
SIF-registered plants approved for China (GACC) and certified Halal, including plants of producers such as BRF S.A., JBS, Aurora and Coopavel.
UK company, UK bank
Contracts with an English company and payment only to MARYTHUR LTD at HSBC UK — transparent and verifiable.
Full documents
Veterinary, Halal, origin and phytosanitary certificates prepared for clearance at your port.
How we work
Four phases from Letter of Intent to final settlement — booking verified before you pay, SGS inspection at loading.
LOI and FCO
Send a signed Letter of Intent on your letterhead (product, quantity, destination). We verify it and issue a Full Corporate Offer.
ICPO and SPA
You confirm with an ICPO; we prepare the Sale and Purchase Agreement and both parties sign.
Booking you can verify
We book reefer space (Paranaguá by default) and send the carrier's confirmation — check it directly with the shipping line.
30–50% deposit
We issue the proforma invoice and you pay a 30–50% T/T deposit, only to MARYTHUR LTD at HSBC UK.
SGS-inspected loading
The SIF plant loads; SGS inspects quality and quantity at our cost; you receive the full document set.
Arrival and balance
Containers arrive (CIF/CFR); optional SGS check at your cost; you pay the 50–70% balance within 15 business days of arrival.
