What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is typically one 40ft reefer container, approximately 27 metric tons (MT). For first-time buyers, we may arrange smaller trial orders on a case-by-case basis.

Do you supply Halal certified chicken?

Yes, all our chicken products can be sourced from Halal-certified facilities with FAMBRAS or CDIAL certification. Halal certificates are provided with every chicken shipment upon request.

Which ports do you ship from?

We ship from Santos and Paranaguá, two of Brazil's largest and most efficient ports for frozen cargo.

What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer FOB Santos, FOB Paranaguá, CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your destination port, and CFR (Cost and Freight).

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

Accepted Answer

We provide: Health Certificate (Federal Inspection), Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Halal Certificate (for chicken). Additional documentation can be arranged as needed.
