Quotation & Pricing
We provide a detailed quotation including product specifications, pricing (FOB/CIF/CFR), packing options, estimated shipping schedule, and required documentation. All pricing is competitive and transparent.
Contract & Payment
Once terms are agreed, we formalize the contract specifying product, quantity, price, Incoterms (2020), payment terms, and shipping schedule. Standard payment: Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), T/T, or CAD.
Production & Processing
Products are sourced from our partner facilities (BRF, SEARA, COOPAVEL), processed under federal inspection, blast frozen, and packed according to your specifications.
Inspection & Documentation
Pre-shipment inspection available through SGS or Bureau Veritas. We prepare all export documentation: Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Halal Certificate (for chicken).
Shipment & Delivery
Products are loaded into 40ft reefer containers at -18°C, shipped from Santos or Paranaguá port to your destination. Temperature monitoring throughout transit ensures product integrity.
