Marythur Food Exports supplies Grade A frozen chicken paws from Brazil to importers, distributors, and food processors across China. Our chicken paws are sourced exclusively from GACC-registered, federally-inspected (SIF) processing facilities operated by Brazil’s top poultry producers including BRF, SEARA, Aurora, and COOPAVEL — all with established export track records to the Chinese market.

Product Overview

Each Grade A chicken paw weighs 35g or above and is carefully inspected for consistent size, color, and quality. The paws are processed under strict sanitary conditions: thoroughly cleaned, trimmed, blast frozen at -40°C, and stored at -18°C or below. This ensures excellent visual presentation, minimal ice glaze, and superb texture upon thawing — ideal for dim sum preparation, hot pot, braised dishes, and traditional Chinese culinary applications.

Why Brazilian Chicken Paws for China?

Brazil is the world’s largest exporter of chicken paws and China is by far the largest importer, creating a well-established and efficient trade corridor. Brazilian chicken paws are prized in the Chinese market for their consistent quality, large piece size, clean yellow color, and competitive pricing. Decades of bilateral trade have resulted in streamlined customs procedures, regular shipping schedules, and well-understood quality expectations between Brazilian exporters and Chinese buyers.

GACC Registration & Compliance

All chicken paws supplied by Marythur originate from plants that are fully registered with China’s General Administration of Customs (GACC). This registration is mandatory for all meat processing facilities exporting to China and is renewed through periodic audits. GACC registration ensures that processing standards, food safety protocols, and traceability systems meet China’s stringent import requirements.

Quality & Food Safety

Every batch of chicken paws undergoes comprehensive quality control: antibiotic residue testing (compliant with China’s Maximum Residue Limits), microbiological screening (Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli), and physical inspection for defects. Processing plants maintain HACCP certification and full lot traceability from farm to container. Third-party inspection services (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged upon buyer request.

Logistics & Shipping to China

Shipments depart from Santos, Paranaguá, or Itajaí in 40ft reefer containers maintained at -18°C. Transit to Yantian (Shenzhen) averages 30–35 days; Shanghai (Yangshan) 32–37 days; Xingang (Tianjin) 35–40 days; and Nansha (Guangzhou) 30–35 days. All containers are GPS-monitored with continuous temperature data logging throughout the voyage.

Documentation & Chinese Import Compliance

Marythur prepares the complete export documentation package: SIF health certificate (Certificado Sanitário Internacional), certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and CIQ-compliant product labeling in Chinese. We coordinate with CIQ inspection requirements and ensure all documentation meets GACC import standards. HALAL certification from FAMBRAS/CDIAL is available for buyers requiring it.

Packaging & Weight Grades

Standard packaging: poly-bagged chicken paws in 10 kg or 20 kg master cartons. Available weight grades: 35g+, 40g+, and 45g+ per piece. Private labeling and custom packaging configurations are available for buyers with specific branding or retail distribution requirements. Each 40ft reefer container holds approximately 27 metric tons.

Pricing & How to Order

Marythur offers competitive FOB Santos, FOB Paranaguá, FOB Itajaí, CIF Yantian, CIF Shanghai, CIF Xingang, CIF Nansha, and CFR pricing. Minimum order is one 40ft reefer container (~27 MT). Quotations are issued within 24 hours with complete product specifications and current shipping schedules. Larger volume contracts with preferential pricing are available for established buyers.
